Thank you for shopping at Kitty Kat Allure Boutique! We work with two fulfillment partners — ShineOn (jewelry & personalized gifts) and Zendrop (select lifestyle products) — so shipping timelines vary depending on which items are in your order. Everything below explains exactly what to expect.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).
- ShineOn products (jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, keepsakes): Production takes 1–4 business days before shipment. Personalized or custom-engraved items may require up to 5 business days of production time.
- Zendrop products (lifestyle & other items): Processing takes 1–3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak seasons such as Q4 and major holidays).
Shipping Times — ShineOn Products
ShineOn ships all products from their US facility in St. Petersburg, FL.

Note: FedEx Priority cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. USPS Standard is the default shipping method.
Shipping Times — Zendrop Products
Zendrop ships from either their US warehouse or their China warehouse depending on the product. The product listing will indicate the ship-from location where available.

During peak seasons (Q4, major US holidays), China-sourced shipments may take longer due to carrier and customs delays.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both ShineOn and Zendrop products, items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the email is sent.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available for select products at checkout. International transit times vary by destination — please refer to the shipping options displayed at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kitty Kat Allure Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us at officialkittykat.digi@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
