We want you to love every purchase from Kitty Kat Allure Boutique. Because we work with two fulfillment partners — ShineOn (jewelry & personalized gifts) and Zendrop (select lifestyle products) — our refund and return guidelines differ slightly by product type. Please read below carefully.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us at officialkittykat.digi@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
ShineOn Products (Jewelry & Personalized Gifts)
ShineOn products — including necklaces, bracelets, tumblers, and keepsakes — are made to order. Because of this:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Contact us first to initiate a return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Zendrop Products (Lifestyle & Other Items)
For Zendrop-fulfilled products, refunds and replacements are issued when the issue is caused by the supplier or shipping process. Qualifying situations include:
- Item arrived damaged or defective (photo/video proof required within 30 days of delivery)
- Wrong item received
- Item missing from order
- Verified non-delivery: if tracking shows no movement and the US delivery window of 45 days (or 60 days for international) has passed, we will pursue a replacement or refund on your behalf
The following situations do not automatically qualify for a supplier-covered refund:
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
- Customer entered the wrong shipping address
- Ordered the wrong size or variant
- Package marked as delivered by the carrier (a non-delivery certification from the carrier may be required)
In these cases, we will do our best to assist and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been fulfilled by our partners. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at officialkittykat.digi@gmail.com and we will do our best to intercept it.
Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds to a card or payment account typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
